Technical responsibility extends to company offices, a few customer locations, and may require travel on occasion. Essential Duties and Skills:
- Strong understanding of available tools to assist in daily tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot server-based software issues
- Analyze, plan, test, and implement network or server installation and software
- Maintain server and workstations with security updates
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 R2
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory
- On-Premise Microsoft Exchange 2013
- Microsoft SQL 2012 Server
- VMware
- Asterisk PBX Management
- Strong understand of Linux
- Anti-Virus Solutions
- Enterprise-class backup solutions
- In-depth knowledge of HP and Dell workstations/server hardware, and software troubleshooting abilities
- Extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving workstation-based software issues
- Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
- Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016
- Domain and workgroup environments
- Knowledge and understanding of AD, DNS, Internet, and mail flow
