Universal Rubber Sample Cutters
Each universal sample cutter enables users to safely prepare test specimens compatible with tensile testers and other physical testing instruments.
By activating the dual push buttons, the P-VS 3000 easily and quickly prepares rubber test specimens from previously molded sheets or preforms. With over 30 compatible dies, all cutting knives are compatible with any ISO, DIN, or ASTM standard typically found in testing laboratories. Pending customer durometer ranges, P-VS 3000 cutters come in force capacities from 8kN, 15kN and 40kN.
Universal Sample Cutting Dies:
Montech’s range of cutting die design focuses on durable forward, machined from a solid piece of steel, precision ground and hardened. All cutting knives guarantee optimal dimensional stability, form accuracy and longer lifetime than typical dies. All dies come standard with automatic sample ejectors.
